Elbow Park

Elbow Park is a residential neighbourhood in the SW quadrant of Calgary. It is one of the oldest and wealthiest areas in the city.

Tree lined streets provide an ideal setting for the 20th Century estate homes that predominate in the area, many of which have been completely renovated to restore them to their former glory and incorporate the latest in interior design and finishing.

As long established community located just a few minutes south of downtown, Elbow Park has easy access to all major amenities. The trendy shopping districts of 4th Street and 17th Avenue include many specialty grocery stores, boutiques, cafes and fine dining offering a variety of cuisines. In Elbow Park you will find a green space that provides opportunities for walks or picnics along the bank of the Elbow River or explore the full extent of Calgary’s river pathway system. Park facilities include a playground, skating rink and tennis courts. The Elbow Park Community Association hosts a number of events in the park.
