John and Alex were very responsive and helpful with the sale of our condo. They provided insightful analytics and realistic perspectives. When we encountered some issues close to the closing date, they also provided great assistance in resolving the issues so that we could have a smooth closing. Unfortunately, we had to reduce the price of the place considerably, but this did ensure a fairly quick sale.
